To begin with, we would like to confirm that ExoticA Villa only people over 12 (years age) are allowed. In the rooms it is NOT allowed to stay in 3 people, the single bed in the King De Luxe Rooms only is available for those who want to sleep separately.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: Time check-in is allowed from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm . If you estimate your arrival after 8:00 pm you will need to contact us as soon as possible, because the reception and the front door will be CLOSED.
For late check-in you can book additional staff at your arrival or our “safe care driver” who will pick you up at the airport at ANY TIME. Our trusted staff will keep the keys of our villa to let you check-in and will show you your room without wasting your precious time.
*We hereby inform our guests that parking for external motorbikes is no longer available since we have upgraded the motorbike rental service directly at our reception at moderate prices, and therefore there is no more space for those hired outside Exotica.
Please inform Exotica Bali Villa of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Cancellation and prepayment policies
Flexible – 30 days
- The guests can change or cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guests will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival, any change of booking within 30 days prior to arrival there will be a one night penalty. If guests do not show up, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- Deposit 1 night before 30 days of arrival.
- We will ask you for an ID and a phone number with active whatsapp.
* Credit card payments will have a 3% bank fee.
The deposit will be charged at our discretion and all reservations made with credit/debit cards without sufficient funds will be canceled.
