Time check-in is allowed from 2:00 pm until 8:00 pm. If you estimate your arrival after 8:00 pm you will need to contact us as soon as possible, because the reception and the front door will be CLOSED.
Dear Guests, everything you have to know IN CASE of late check-in, it is very simple and easy;
Exotica is a private Villa so for safety, to respect of the tranquility of our guests and of the owners, for to check-in after 20,00 are made with the following conditions;
C1-after the following hours there will be a cost of 150K IDR for extra time staff who will have to wait for you to check-in and lead you to your room. (after midnight 200K idr)
OR
C2-We guarantee you an accurate airport pick up service exclusively dedicated to you, if you use our “care driver service”, that also guarantees more safety, is a trusted member of our staff and he keeps the keys of our villa. His name is Mr.Putris and he will do you the check-in and will lead you to your room. Rate 389K IDR included airport access and parking for max 2 people, also more important, you will NOT have to pay late check-in, all is included.
Our mission is to help our guests by offering a good service to get here in “Exotica Bali” to check-in without too much complications and without losing your time, you can pay all the extra costs at the time of check-out.

EARLY CHECK-IN
You can come here from 10.00am while your room will be in check-out from previous guests by 12 noon. We will do our best to give you the room by 2pm.
